Process: by the mid-frequency tempering internal stress, increased wall density, hardness, strength, toughness, and conductive properties, artificial aging treatment, large machining centers in pairs, high strength, high precision, never deformed.Transmission system all adopts straight gear transmission, low noise, increase gear strength, improve the smoothness of gear transmission. All transmission gears are made of 20CrMnTi high-quality alloy steel, carburized, tempered, super-hard treatment, precision grinding and processing, high strength and durability. The whole machine adopts closed spray lubrication and oil level balancing device to keep the gears highly lubricated.The whole machine has beautiful shape and soft color. Modular design allows you to increase or decrease the units at will.Color man-machine interface, touch screen operation, simple, convenient and powerful.

Friction and water resistance: Passed ASTM F392 test (friction resistance 500+ times), some models support water-based varnish in-line coating to improve protection.
