Feeding Unit

1. The paper is delivered by the advanced Xiaosen front edge paper delivery system, and the material of the paper delivery wheel shaft is bearing steel.

3. The fan assists in paper feeding, and the air volume can be adjusted according to the size of the cardboard in each section to reduce power loss and save cost. The dust brush removes impurities on the surface of the cardboard and improves printing quality.

4. The influence of the length error of the cardboard is greatly reduced by using the front edge of the cardboard as the positioning reference. When the cardboard is sent to the pull wheel, the speed is the same as that of the pull wheel, so the accuracy of the handover will not be affected by the difference in speed.

The left and right stop of the cardboard is adjusted by electric distance, which can be electrically divided into the same contract on the left and right or separately controlled. The paper drag frame is adjusted by electric front and back to adapt to the width of the paper.

Printing Unit
