1. The advanced Xiaosen front edge paper delivery system transports paper efficiently, with the paper delivery wheel shaft made of robust bearing steel for enduring performance.
2. The control panel features a state-of-the-art color touch screen, offering an intuitive human-machine interface. This enables seamless communication across the paper feeding, printing, and slotting components, as well as real-time control and display of machine speed, operation phases, sheet counting, and other system settings. Adjustments are quick, safe, and user-friendly.
3. An adjustable fan assists in paper feeding, with air volume tailored to the cardboard size in each section, reducing power consumption and costs. The dust brush effectively removes surface impurities, enhancing printing quality.
4. By using the front edge of the cardboard as the positioning reference, we significantly minimize the impact of cardboard length errors. The speed synchronization with the pull wheel ensures precision in handover, unaffected by speed variations.
The cardboard's left and right stops are electrically adjustable, allowing for synchronized or independent control. The paper drag frame adjusts electrically front and back to accommodate varying paper widths.

(3) The ratchet-fixed roller plate shaft allows for quick plate changes, accommodating full hanging plates with a 10mm slot.
(4) A pedal switch provides electric control for quick and simple positive and negative adjustments during printing plate loading and unloading.
(5) The printing phase adjustment employs a planetary gear structure with rollers featuring an automatic zeroing device, controlled by a PLC and a 10-inch touch screen. You can effortlessly access the plate roller phase adjustment interface, which offers automatic zeroing, plate printing memory erasure, and preset plate positioning.
