Paper Feeding Unit

Features of multi-axis front edge paper feeding: simple mechanical structure, no lifting and landing frame structure, good mute effect. Driven by multiple servo motors, the electrical cost is relatively high, the installation and debugging are simple, and the maintenance cost is low; the paper feeding stroke is controlled by the servo, and the adjustment is simple (touch screen setting), the paper feeding stroke can be maximized, and the contact mode when the paper feeding starts is the overall contact of the wheel surface, and the paper feeding is stable. It is suitable for high-end printing models with high precision or requirements for paper feeding stroke without indentation.

Printing unit part

Printer Roller:

(1) The printing roller (including the plate diameter φ310) is all processed with dynamic balancing. Made of steel plate, surface ground and hard chrome plated.
(2) Dynamic balancing correction, smooth operation. Suitable for high-speed operation.
(3) The ratchet fixed roller plate shaft can realize fast plate change. The full hanging plate slot is suitable for 10mm hanging plates.
(4) When loading and unloading the printing plate, the pedal switch is electrically controlled for positive and negative, which is simple and fast.
(5) Printing phase adjustment: planetary gear structure, the printing roller is equipped with an automatic zeroing device, and PLC touch screen control is adopted. Click to enter the plate roller phase adjustment interface. It has functions such as automatic zero position, automatic printing plate (plate erasing memory) and preset printing plate position. Printing phase fixing device, pneumatic brake device, when the unit is clutched, the brake is automatically locked, the original gear position is maintained unchanged, and the machine lock is automatically opened. The plate erasing memory function automatically resets after erasing, which is convenient and fast. (10) The axial adjustment is electric adjustment, and the adjustable distance is 10mm on both sides.

Die Cutting Unit

1) The template roller and the rubber roller are automatically disengaged through the cylinder eccentric device when not cutting, which can reduce the no-load load of the machine and extend the life of the rubber and the die.
2) Planetary structure phase adjustment, 360-degree operation, stop, forward and reverse operation, phase adjustment accuracy
can reach 0.10mm, which is convenient for plate loading and alignment operations.
3) Color touch screen and PLC phase control make operation more convenient, intuitive and accurate.
4) Spline transmission overcomes the mechanical wear of gear transmission. The rubber roller moves 40 mm left and right, and is equipped with a radial differential device, which can evenly distribute the wear of the rubber roller and greatly increase the service life of the rubber roller.
5) The machine is equipped with a rubber correction device, which can correct the rubber roller repeatedly before use.
6) The gap between the die-cutting rollers is electrically adjusted, with an adjustment range of 1-10mm. It is connected by a cross slider and adjusted by a double-stage aluminum alloy die-casting speed reducer. The adjustment is accurate and labor-saving, and it is automatically locked after adjustment, ensuring the printing quality. The gears are connected by a cross slider without a key, ensuring the correct meshing position of the transmission gear when adjusting the gap.
