The entire production process follows a scientific sequence: Servo Non-Crush Lead Edge → 5 Printing Units → IR Drying → Varnishing → Secondary IR Drying → Slotting → Die-Cutting, fully meeting the high-standard printing and forming needs of corrugated packaging manufacturers.

High-Definition Flexographic Printing Unit

  This automatic machine features a high-precision, zero-pressure automatic feeder system. Utilizing a multi-axis servo drive, it ensures each sheet of corrugated board is fed with exceptional accuracy (±1.0mm). A 7.5kW frequency-controlled vacuum fan adapts suction power to handle warped or thin boards flawlessly. This reliable feeding is the critical first step that guarantees the precision of all subsequent operations on this high-speed printing machine.

   Vacuum Transport System: The "Full Absorption" namesake. A vacuum belt system holds the board perfectly flat throughout the printing section, ensuring flawless registration (±0.5mm between colors) even with challenging board warpage.
   User-Friendly Control: Each printing unit allows for easy, motorized lateral and circumferential plate adjustment via a central Siemens PLC and color touchscreen HMI, enabling quick job changeovers.

   The unit operates with its own dedicated servo motor and control system, allowing its speed to be  synchronized with the main printing line. For orders requiring printing and standard slotting/creasing only, the sheet can be directed to the stacker after this unit, bypassing the die-cutter for maximum efficiency on simpler jobs.

   Equipped with a high-torque servo motor, this unit provides the immense, consistent pressure required for clean, through-cutting of multi-layered corrugated board. Its independent drive allows for fine-tuned speed matching and quick stoppage.The die-cylinder features a precision planetary gear system, enabling operators to rotate the cylinder 360 degrees with an accuracy of ±0.10mm for perfect print-to-cut registration.
