The scraper adopts innovative chamber fuid dynamics and ink sealing design, which has better ink delivery efect
and can save more ink.
Infrared drying and ceramic wheel paper feeding are used to reduce the error in the paperboard transmission
process, ensure printing accuracy, and give the ink sufcient time to dry, thereby improving the printing quality.

The rotary die-cutting part adopts an independent drive servo motor internal gear structure, which makes it difcult

Feeding Unit

(1) Multi-axis leading edge paper feeding features: simple mechanical structure, no lifting frame structure, good mute effect. Multi-servo motor drive, high electrical costs, simple installation and commissioning, low maintenance costs; paper feeding stroke by the servo control, simple adjustment (touch screen settings), paper feeding stroke can be maximized, the contact mode for the start of paper feeding wheel surface contact as a whole, paper feeding stability. It is suitable for high precision or high end model of non-indentation printing which has requirements on paper feeding stroke.

Printing Unit

(1) Printing roller (including plate diameter φ410), roller body thickness all processing dynamic balance processing. Steel plate material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

(3) Ratchet fixed roller plate shaft can realize quick plate change. Full hanging plate slot for 10mm hanging plate.

(5) Printing phase adjustment: planetary gear structure, printing rollers are equipped with automatic zeroing device, controlled by PLC and 10-inch touch screen. Click to enter the plate roller phase adjustment interface. It has the functions of automatic zeroing, automatic plate printing (erase plate memory) and preset plate position. Printing phase fixing device, pneumatic brake device, when the unit is clutched, the brake is automatically locked, keeping the original gear unchanged, and the machine lock is automatically opened.
