Feeding Unit

(1) Multi-axis leading edge paper feeding offers a simplistic mechanical build, eliminating the need for lifting frames, and provides excellent noise reduction. Driven by multi-servo motors, it promises low electrical expenditure, easy setup, and minimal maintenance. The servo-controlled paper feeding stroke allows for easy adjustments via a touch screen, ensuring maximum stroke and stable feeding. Perfect for non-indentation, precision, or high-end printing requiring precise paper feed strokes.

Printing Unit

(1) The printing roller, with a plate diameter of φ410, undergoes dynamic balance processing. Crafted from steel, its surface is finely ground and hard chrome plated.

(2) Dynamic balance correction ensures smooth operation, making it suitable for high-speed use.

(3) The ratchet-fixed roller plate shaft allows quick plate changes, with a 10mm full hanging plate slot.

(4) Loading and unloading of the printing plate is controlled electrically with a pedal switch, offering simplicity and speed.

(5) Featuring a planetary gear structure, printing rollers include an automatic zeroing device, managed by a PLC and a 10-inch touch screen. The system offers automatic zeroing, plate printing, and preset plate positioning, with a pneumatic brake that locks gears during clutching.
