Paper Feeding Unit

Features of multi-axis front edge paper feeding: streamlined mechanical structure, no lifting and landing frame, excellent mute effect. Powered by multiple servo motors, it has a higher electrical cost, but installation and debugging are simple, and maintenance costs are low. The servo-controlled paper feeding stroke allows easy adjustments (via touch screen), maximizing the paper feeding stroke. The entire wheel surface contacts at the start, ensuring stable paper feeding. Ideal for high-end models demanding precision or specific paper feeding strokes without indentation.

Printing unit part

Printer Roller:

(1) The printing roller, along with the plate diameter φ310, undergoes dynamic balancing. Crafted from steel plate, it features a ground surface with hard chrome plating.
(2) Dynamic balancing correction ensures smooth operation, suitable for high-speed use.
(3) The ratchet-fixed roller plate shaft allows for rapid plate changes. The full hanging plate slot is compatible with 10mm hanging plates.
(4) The pedal switch, electrically controlled for positive and negative, facilitates quick and simple loading/unloading of the printing plate.
(5) Printing phase adjustment: planetary gear design with automatic zeroing device, managed via PLC touch screen. Access the plate roller phase adjustment interface with a click. Functions include automatic zeroing, plate memory erasure, and preset plate positioning. Features a pneumatic brake device that auto-locks the brake when the unit is clutched, preserving the original gear position and auto-opening the machine lock. The plate erasure memory resets automatically, offering convenience and speed. Electric axial adjustment, with a 10mm adjustable range on both sides.
(6) Electric axial adjustment is controlled via a PLC multi-function touch screen. Access the axial adjustment interface with a click. Each side offers a 6mm adjustable range.

Die Cutting Unit

1) When not cutting, the template roller and rubber roller automatically disengage through the cylinder eccentric device, reducing machine no-load and extending the life of the rubber and die.
2) Planetary structure phase adjustment allows 360-degree operation, stop, forward, and reverse functions, with phase adjustment precision
reaching 0.10mm, facilitating plate loading and alignment.
3) The color touch screen and PLC phase control provide more convenient, intuitive, and precise operations.
4) Spline transmission overcomes gear transmission wear. The rubber roller moves 40mm laterally and includes a radial differential device to evenly distribute wear, significantly extending the rubber roller's lifespan.
5) The machine includes a rubber correction device, allowing repeated adjustments of the rubber roller before use.
6) Adjust the die-cutting rollers' gap electrically within 1-10mm using a cross slider. With a dual-stage aluminum alloy die-casting speed reducer, the adjustment is precise, effortless, and auto-locks post-adjustment, guaranteeing print quality. The gears, keyless, assure precise meshing when adjusting the gap.
