Feeding Unit
1. The paper is expertly delivered by the advanced Xiaosen front edge paper delivery system, with the paper delivery wheel shaft crafted from premium bearing steel for superior performance.
2. The control panel boasts a vibrant color touch screen, facilitating seamless human-machine interaction. It enables comprehensive operation of the paper feeding, printing, and slotting sections, while also displaying current phase operations, machine speed, sheet count changes, alignment timing, and more, for safe, simple, and efficient adjustments.
3. The fan-assisted paper feeding system allows adjustable air volume tailored to the cardboard size, reducing power consumption and costs. A dust brush efficiently removes surface impurities, enhancing printing quality.
4. By utilizing the front edge of the cardboard for precise positioning, the impact of length errors is minimized. As the cardboard reaches the pull wheel, speed synchronization is achieved, ensuring handover accuracy remains unaffected by speed variances.
The left and right stops of the cardboard are adjusted electrically, allowing for symmetrical or independent control. The paper drag frame is also adjusted electrically to accommodate varying paper widths with ease.
Printing Unit
(1) The printing roller, featuring a plate diameter of φ410, undergoes dynamic balance processing for the roller body thickness. Constructed from steel plate material, it boasts surface grinding and hard chrome plating for exceptional durability.
(2) Dynamic balance correction ensures smooth and stable operation, making it suitable for high-speed applications.
(3) The ratchet-fixed roller plate shaft facilitates quick plate changes, accommodating a full hanging plate slot of 10mm for enhanced versatility.
(4) Loading and unloading the printing plate is effortlessly managed with an electrically controlled pedal switch for simple and quick operation.
(5) The printing phase adjustment employs a planetary gear structure. With automatic zeroing devices, PLC control, and a 10-inch touch screen, users can easily access the plate roller phase adjustment interface. Features include automatic zeroing, plate printing (memory erase), and preset plate positions. The phase fixing device, complete with a pneumatic brake, ensures the original gear configuration remains unchanged during clutching, while the machine lock automatically releases. The memory function allows for swift automatic resetting after plate wiping, with motorized axial adjustment of 10mm to the left or right.
